POLICE ARE LICENSED TO MURDER
No matter the age, race, or mental stability of an individual, police across the United States have been getting away with killing people of all sorts. Armed or unarmed, there have been numerous cases where police have killed someone and have gotten away with it. Police brutality is at an all time high and it’s going to be up to the citizens of the U.S. to put an end to it.
Above is a before and after photo of a mentally disabled homeless man who was beaten to death by police officers in Fullerton, CA. 6 police beat and sat on this unarmed man as he cried for help as he was dying from the injuries he sustained. There was a time where police brutality was directed towards certain races and groups of individuals. Now that mentally disabled people are also being the subject of police brutality, it’s quite evident that it doesn’t matter who you are when it comes to being brutalized by police. Social media can be used as a means to alert people of the latest issues with police brutality. It can be used as a tool to raise awareness and also visually show people exactly what’s happening.
