How do you select the right channel(s) for your organization? Once you’ve selected a channel, how do create relevant and meaningful content for  your audience?

The right  channel is found by researching the different channels constantly. We live in a fast pace technology world, what may have  worked for your company last year in terms of social media, may not meet your needs this year. Be open for change, try to stay connected, ask your audience, peers, professional, what  are we doing wrong, as well as what are doing  right in terms of site contends. On your  channels that  is  currently being used  by your organization, always listen and fine tune content.Let your presence be known in a effective  and powerful way, ask  your audience is your strategy working for them, and if so why,  or why not, make change’s as needed. The goal is to  always catch as many customers(fish) as possible through your channel.

How to create relevant and meaningful contents for your audience? This is done by asking them how you can serve them better. And they will tell you, then give them what they want. Can anyone find out  without asking a person, what they really want or  need , without first  asking them? In parting, this quote said   it for me, author is  unknown but write’s. “When defeat come, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans and set sail once more toward the coveted goal”.  So if at first you don’t succeed try try again in finding the right channels to provide relevant and meaningful contents for your customers.
