Don’t just sell things to people….add value. Now this can be done in many ways. Such as in this example Converse has a larger community of followers and they are more focused on adding value to their community. By engaging the community in what it is that they love. Not just by pure advertising and selling products. They do this my interacting with their followers and things that they like.
Now this is something that we all seem to know. But when you go shopping and walk into a store, 99% of the time a clerk will come up to you and asks you “Can I help you?” and you say, “No, I’m just looking.” Because someone is trying to sell you something. You automatically put up a wall knowing that. We don’t, just want to be sold something. Especially if there’s no trust or value to what we are buying or the experience……it’s a natural reaction to sales. CHB.
