I found this article quite interesting on how to use social media for companies that aren’t to fond of those types of mediums in business, it’s generally people 40 years and older. They normally use the Internet for e-mail and browsing only.

The article gives information in more depth.

One important guideline to remember: Don’t send out lots and lots of messages in a day this may become annoying.
