Selecting the right channel for your organization depends on what you have to say and how often. Now creating meaningful content for your audience to attract and engage I would think is the hard part.

Blogs and Facebook are popular channels for any organization. However not every company succeeds in filling in the space. Facebook seems easier to me than most because you can add location, about, contact, images, images of previous projects, do a kickstarter. I am saying you can do anything on Facebook. Blogs are great to but don’t seem as exciting to me as Facebook. Facebook looks exciting. I guess it is how you format your blog. Blogs need to be attractive and sharp to keep audiences engaged.

Content Content Content! What is the message you are trying to send. Social media is a way for the consumer to develop a relationship with the company weather the company catches on or not that is what is happening. More interaction between consumer and company makes it personal. As we can see some organizations are getting political now as well to attract and engage.
