It would be great if we could use are class to lean how a business would use WordPress.
We could let half the class be a business and the other half of the class could be customer’s who are having problems with our product.
We could try resolving the issue and the customer/blogger could blog about how their problem was handle and if the company resolved the issue.
One classmate would be elected to be a troll and without anyone knowing they would work their magic causing trouble and creating confusion with our customer service activities. (Bruce or DeAnna would be good in this role.)
Once a week we could discuss how things are going and discuss better ways to resolve various issues (off-line).
This would allow us to develop the necessary skills to work as a professional blogger.
